Mechanical Structure
1) Power roller frame is consists of 2 drive rollers ,1 pedestal
,reducer,motor etc.
Power roller are driven by one motor and three reducers . Working
principle of the roller: Electric power--- Control box---VFD---Y
series motor---single input worm reducer---two worm reducers(left
and right)---gear reducer---roller rotating
The gear reducer is made by our company, which have low noise,big
torque .
2) The Idler roller frame is consists of 2 idlers and 1 pedestal.
Option:
