20 Tons Two Columns Positioner with Big Distance between two fixed columns

China nuclear power industry 359 factory want to buy a special welding positioner for ther productions. We designed and produced for them .Two columns distance may reach to 8000 mm, the lifting up and down distance 4000 mm, the working table may lift up/down , tilt and revolve by motors.
Double column elevating welding positioner is mainly used for solving problems of high position,also can weld seam provide low installation position. make the workpiece clamp and fix more easily .
The synchronous elevating type mainly use chain with 2 motors. The working table may be lift up and down . The working table may tilt by motor. The revolving device oftern use 1 motor drive two reducers .
This type machine often be produced according to customer's special requirement. Buyer must supply the workpiece basic technical dates to my factory .Then we will design for you and produce.
