Machinery Characteristics
Mechanical Three--Roller Symmetrical Bending Machine, under the
pressure through the upper roller and the upper , lower rollers
rolling to finish rolling the workpiece.
Rolling the workpiece
The upper roller and the down roller with 45# forging.
The hardness processing of the upper roller and the down rollers
are divided into two steps:Fiestly thermal refining,HB260-300;then surface carburization processing ,HRC45-50.The safety factor :3
Upper roller can move vertically by mechanical. The produce
efficient is very high. The two lower rollers were fixxed, so the
steel plate can not be moved as the upper roller, which makes feed
the plate in and operate easily.
The overturned device is operated by mechnical. make the bearing
stand turn over or close.the workpiece may be move out easily.

Main structure
The main parts consist of upper roller device, Lower roller device,
, Main drive device, Overturned device.
- The upper rolling parts consist of left / right roller bearing
base, lifting screw worm gear and some auxiliary parts.
- The upper roller can be adjusted up and down along the vertical
direction by motor and screw.
- Two lower rollers may be transmission by the main motor,reducer and
gears.
- The lower rollers may transmission Forward and Reverse.
- The overturned device is operated by mechnical.When you finished
the workpiece, you must lift the upper roller, and then pulled the
end of the upper roller by a balanced rod , at last make the left
bearing stand turn over or close.the workpiece may be move out
easily.
This equipment is widely used in
petrochemical,boiler,shipbuilding,metal structure and machinery
manufacturing industries.
